You also get access to a personal landing page. Do you already feel welcome?

We provide information, just when you need it. Two days before you start, you get an answer to your most important questions – whether you need to bring your own packed lunch, for example. One day beforehand, you get a short SMS again: “Good luck!”

Under 9 major themes, as a Novartis employee, you can quickly find information about your holiday, absences, insurances, contact details, etc.  There is a handy search bar and a targeted FAQ window on the homepage which will help you with that.

The texts? We write them in an accessible, friendly language. A platform is also mobile-friendly – of course.
